**What the role is**
- Senior Lecturer / School of Engineering

**What you will be working on**
- Contribute at School Level leverage good knowledge and skills in domain area and in T&L
- Develop relevant teaching materials, assessment strategies and curriculum delivery for students
- Work with Acad Team as a Curriculum Management Committee member to develop staff in the school in designing, evaluating, and enhancing curriculum for alignment and academic rigour
- Provide guidance to managers to ensure smooth implementation of school initiatives (CET)
- Provide mentorship to Managers and/or Professionals in academic matters
- Establish network and collaborate internally and externally to stay updated on industry trends and development
- Plan and implement School & Course Reviews approach along with Acad Team members
- Participate actively in professional development activities such as T&L innovation or improvement projects
- Lead/ co-lead committees, projects or initiatives within schools
- Co-organise poly-wide events or activities
- Solve novel and complicated issues on a regular basis
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

**What we are looking for**
- Qualification in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in the respective field. A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience in embedded system development using C/C++/Python in Embedded Linux and ARM-based MCU, and communication protocols will be an advantage.
- Experience working with technologies related to RPA, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain and Intelligent Automation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Good interpersonal communication and documentation/presentation skills.
- Passion and genuine interest to share knowledge, counsel, guide and interact with young minds.
