**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible to assist the Office of Innovation in fulfilling its objectives of coordinating and managing innovation initiatives under Changi General Hospital. Key responsibilities include the following:

- coordinate with funders/sponsors, project funds administration, closure of project
- foster good working relationships with internal stakeholders and assist the operational and clinical champions in their innovation ideas and projects
- form good networks with external funding bodies, IHLs, SMEs and companies for co-development of innovation projects
- promote innovation and design thinking culture within the Hospital and beyond by organizing workshops, events and forums to raise awareness of Office of Innovation
- assist in preparing annual and supplementary budgetary requirements
- assist in day-to-day operation of the department

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Industrial Design or related field from a reputable University
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or innovation-related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good ability to handle several projects concurrently
- Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Independent, results-oriented and resourceful
