**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and gather requirements for retail and supply chain projects.
- Utilize Anaplan to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that address complex business challenges and drive process improvements.
- Analyze data and perform thorough business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging Anaplan's capabilities effectively.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Anaplan solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail and supply chain management, continuously enhancing expertise and contributing to innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven record in the retail or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Anaplan is essential, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing models, dashboards, and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
