Singapore TRILOGY TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control personnel, to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, resolve production issues, and implement process improvements.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documentation.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
- Provide support in other areas of the production process as needed.

**Manufacturing Production Technician Required Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Basic computer proficiency to enter and retrieve data, as well as use production software and systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a production technician or a similar role.
- knowledge of IPC 620 or 610 a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
