Responsibilities:

- Assist the project managers in planning, setting up, optimizing, and monitoring the BIM process for coastal and reclamation projects
- Monitor and manage the submission data & coordinate with project engineers and other team members
- Provide support for design teams in preparing 3D, 4D and/or 5D design model, sketches, tender drawings
- Assist the design engineers in preparation of presentation models
- Champions BIM adoption in the business unit by conducting trainings, sharing sessions, etc.
- Lead sharing sessions and exchanging of models for collaboration with internal and external parties
- Research new BIM technologies to be adopted in the business unit

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services or Architectural or Structural Engineering
- Min. 8 years of experience in drafting & BIM modelling experience in Reclamation, Building or Road Projects
- Certified by BCA Academy on the Certification Course in BIM Management or equivalent qualifications
- Have prior experience in BIM model management and/or coordination
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil3D, Autodesk Revit & Autodesk Navisworks
- Preferably trained in Autodesk Certified Training Centre or equivalent
- Posses good communication skills and presentation
