- As the leader in charge of overseeing Web3 GameFi projects, your main responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and success criteria. Developing comprehensive project plans, encompassing tasks, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies, will be essential, and effectively communicating these plans to the project team is crucial.
- Your role involves coordinating and prioritizing tasks across various cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise are also part of your duties. Building a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement is important to drive project success.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial targets. Working closely with game designers, developers, and blockchain engineers is necessary to successfully integrate Web3 and DeFi concepts into GameFi projects. Additionally, coordinating with external partners and vendors, when required, will ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the gaming industry or Web3/GameFi projects.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralised finance (DeFi) concepts.
- Experience managing end-to-end game development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Familiarity with game development processes, including game design, programming, and art production.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
