Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Manage the rollout of a key technology transformation project in the APAC region and ensure that governance (i.e. plan, process, report) processes are in place and consistent with the global standards

Accountabilities_**
- Creation and tracking of overall project plan including requirements, development, implementation, testing
- Accountability for delivery of project
- Work with respective business streams to ensure there is a clear scope to deliver and clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realize their required benefits
- Create and manage the project plan, ensure appropriate business readiness activities are considered and planned and delivered; training, and communication activities
- Work closely with project teams both internal and external (vendor) to coordinate end to end delivery
- Ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements are considered and planned
- Ensure delivery is completed to time, cost and quality
- Keep stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks

Skills and experience_**
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering multi stream projects. Includes experience with project management tools and techniques
- Experience in change management, implementing new products and services
- Highly organized and structured
- Ability to juggle priorities and multi task
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
