**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement, and update security policies, standards, and procedures specific to the operational environment.
- Continuously monitor and analyse security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
- Conduct forensic analysis to identify the root cause of security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance on security architecture and best practices tailored to unique needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure security measures are effectively implemented.
- Conduct regular security awareness training for staff.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security consulting, preferably within financial services or government sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements specific to the financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think like an attacker to anticipate and mitigate security risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
