**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing and financial reporting for management.
- Act as a liaison with HQ for accounts-related matters.
- Support the Manager in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
- Responsible for preparing monthly costing and accounting records for in-app sales of mobile games, including deferred revenue adjustments.
- Generate Mobile royalty/sales reports for licensors and ensure accuracy of calculations for Google and Apple sales reports in compliance with the latest tax and charge regulations.
- Review accounting treatment for new products and existing procedures with the Manager.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and review both local and overseas payments and records.
- Compute S45 withholding tax and perform monthly intercompany reconciliation in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication with auditors, tax agents, IRAS, and external parties as needed.
- Calculate monthly average exchange rates for accounts and other departments. Continuously adapt and improve internal controls and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Finance.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Excellent schedule management and multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle NetSuite system would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business trips when required.
