**Your role**
- Are you excited by being part of major change deliveries? Do you enjoy tackling complex challenges?
- We're looking for someone like that to support regulatory driven change within the Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team. RTR support the core regulatory reporting obligations in the region, namely ASIC, MAS, HKMA and JFSA. Focusing on upcoming consultation papers and regulatory rewrites, the role will provide varied, complex challenges due to the nature and complexity of the reporting obligations. The role requires working alongside the Service Delivery team and a large array of other stakeholders within the region and globally to understand and prepare for significant regulatory change and ensure business and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
- The main activities and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support key deliveries within the RTR APAC team relating to regulatory driven changes in the APAC region
- Conduct review and analysis of published consultation papers relating to regulatory change to ensure the impact to our business is fully understood and accurately represented to regulators
- Following the publication of final rules provide Subject Matter Expert input into regulatory change programs, working closely with the project managers and the service delivery team to drive successful delivery of the change
- Support testing and soft go live activities associated with these changes.
- Understand the risks associated with transaction reporting, the inventory of controls we maintain to mitigate this risk and provide solutions to manage those risks through the strategic deliveries

**Your team**
- You will be joining the Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team within the APAC Investment Banking Operations division based in Singapore. The team supports the APAC region in ensuring TR regulation within the region is understood and adhered to through implement proper governance, supervision and change management across all APAC locations where there are transactional reporting obligations and ensuring quality assurance on post reporting and procedural controls.

**Your expertise**
- 5 years+ of relevant work experience in either Regulatory Transaction Reporting or Middle Office
- Knowledge of Transaction Reporting regulations in the APAC region preferred
- OTC Derivative knowledge would be essential
- Ability to pick up information quickly and turn around deliverables under pressure
- Good relationship management and influencing skills across a wide spectrum of partner teams
- Mature attitude with experience in a people management or working independently
- Analytical approach to problem solving
