**What a College Intern - Manufacturing Process Engineer does at HP**:

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Mechanical Engineering, SMART Manufacturing or Industrial System Engineering degree/masters or equivalent.
- Demonstrated good understanding of the concepts of manufacturing processes and data analytics
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering concept and methodology preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools preferred.
- Independent with ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies quickly.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.
- Able to commit 5-6 months full-time for the internship
