As a Cleaner Floater / Binman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various locations within an organization. This position requires flexibility and adaptability as you will be assigned to different areas or sites based on the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Cleaning**: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
- **Restroom Maintenance**: Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- **Waste Management**: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas. Ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- **Stock and Supply Maintenance**: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- **Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff and support them in maintaining overall cleanliness standards.
