Primary & Community Care Development Division (PCDD) supports MOH and primary care providers in the development and implementation of national primary care schemes aimed at strengthening the sector to provide better care for patients
As a member of this team, you will be managing the primary care practitioners to:
- Support the Covid-19 operations to manage end-to-end processes to ensure optimal outcomes of ground efforts.
- Review and systemise the operation, communication and logistics plan to support e.g. Public Health Preparedness Clinics (PHPCs), Swab and Send Home (SASH), national vaccination to ensure successful fulfilment of all Covid-19 activations and deployments.
- Review procedures and processes, plan and support solution development
- Review, enhance and systemise standard operating procedures for schemes administration to improve overall operation efficiency and strengthen Primary Care as the continuous line of care, in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in operationalising ad-hoc emergency response in times of national health crisis
- Identify enrichments to the national health crisis program and processes as necessary
- Consolidate all the circulars and make it easy for GP clinics to understand the COVID- 19 related protocol.
- Regular review of the Primary Care Pages’ content and public interface
