As our Marketing executive for Singapore and Malaysia, you will be working on influencer and marketing campaigns for both countries.

Based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Campaign Manager and you will be responsible for optimizing our collaboration framework with influencers and other channels, developing a communication plan in coordination with the brand strategy, and executing and controlling a plan while delivering on key metrics for the influencer and partnerships channels. You're also free to explore and potentially hack any additional channels to reach and engage our customers to help them smile more.

Working with our local and global team, you will create and optimize brand and campaign-related content that drives engagement and performance and plan the campaign and content calendar. Measure outcomes every day and iterate your strategy where necessary.

**You're a fit for this position, if you**:

- TEAM: Enjoy working in a team with the social media manager and several junior executives.
- INFLUENCER CHANNEL: Love to initiate and execute influencer-oriented brand and marketing strategies across each marketing channel through various formats
- You're fit for this position if you are meticulous and self-driven, don't mind putting the extra hours, love socialising as you will be talking to influencers & working with other departments as well
- Target: Identify key influencer profiles and joint content development strategy to drive both influencer and Zenyum’s brand awareness, engagement and conversion metrics.
- Engage: Reach out to and negotiate with influencers, define contract-based agreements and manage their smile journey with Zenyum. Identify potential re-engagements touch points with existing influencers
- Amplify: Leverage influencer platform to enhance Zenyum's brand visibility and preference through their owned media, generate diverse content (blog, tik tok, YouTube, IG, FB, live-broadcasting... ), and empower local marketing O2O campaigns
- Community: Build long-term relationships with influencers, including but not limited to maintaining online groups, interpersonal interactions, physical gatherings and workshops
- Create: keep abreast of emerging trends and competitors' influencer strategy and lead the brainstorming of new and creative approaches to Zenyum's influencer program
- Track: organize and document the effectiveness and learnings for SG and MY market to exchange and collaborate with influencer marketers in other markets with a mission to build an international influencer ecosystem for the Zemyum brand
- REST MARKETING CHANNELS:

- Collaborate and Plan: Work as a part of the social team and in coordination with the marketing team, to define and drive social content calendar and collaborate with team to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines (including but not limited to IG/FB/Youtube/Blogs/TikTok)

- You are social media savvy and have strong interest in influencer or partnership marketingStrong communication, and relationship management skill setsLanguage ability in English is needed and Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- You have positive attitude and open to learn in fast-paced startup circumstances and a strong team player working with excellent teammates of different nationalities
- You are curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality
- A plus if you have a existing influencer list for Singapore and Malaysia in mind
