**Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational risks associated with data and AI initiatives conducted by DBS Transformation Group, including data professionals from the Data Chapter embedded across business and support units.
- Develop and implement data and AI operational risk management frameworks aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to address identified risks.
- Monitor and report to senior management on key risk indicators and risk exposures from data and AI activities.
- Develop learning and training materials to raise awareness of and provide guidance on data and AI operational risks across the Transformation Group including Data Chapter.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Technology, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance) to ensure effective management of data and AI operational risks across the Transformation Group including Data Chapter.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and regulatory changes related to data and AI operations in the banking industry.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data management policy and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, data management or technology roles in banking
- Strong understanding of data and AI technologies as well as associated technical and non-technical risks
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, data management frameworks, and operational risk management methodologies.
- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate complex risks effectively
- This role will be on a 12-months contract
