**Reporting to**

Chartering Manager

**Primary Responsibilities**

a) Performing fund forecasting and planning of route/ship operations/bunkering

b) Manage post fixture operations

c) Monitor ship schedules before arrival, during and discharge at the port.

d) Keep charterers, owners and relevant parties advised on requirements pertaining to the fixtures such as voyage order, stowage, cargo quantity and cargo grades.

e) Ensure relevant documents are available at various stages of operations.

f) Serve the relevant delivery and re-delivery notices for ships.

g) Prepare reports on post-fixture activities.

h) Send hire/freight invoices to charterers and follow up on timely receipt of payments.

i) Liaise with clients on resolution processes for post-fixture issues.

j) Perform processing and invoicing of hire payments, including bunker calculations, deductions and off-hire time and bunkers and other deductions.

k) Oversee claims, billings and invoice processing

l) Handle laytime calculations and assist in the negotiation of laytime disputes.

m) Service client accounts and update clients on ship activities.

n) Update customer databases.

o) Lead improvements to enhance efficiency

p) Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency.

q) Assist with the implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.

r) To assume the role of Quality Management System Member for ISO 9001.

s) To ensure good maintenance of E-filing

**Job Specifications**

a) Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' levels and above or ITE/NTC qualifications with good and relevant experiences

b) Responsible, organized, work independently and able to work on irregular hours.

c) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
