- Conduct physical and online enrichment training (Robotics and Coding)
- Train the trainer (freelancers)
- Supervise and plan during/on training
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- **Design effective training programs (online and offline)**:

- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance and other records
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Facilitate an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment
- Provide termly plan on trainer schedules
- Providing prompt and insightful feedback to parents or stakeholderJob requirement
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICT-related (robotic & coding) or Maths
- **Must be registered on IRS MOE**:

- Must have experience in training children
- Willing to travel
- Will required to work on Weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
