**Storekeeper Job Summary**

We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. You'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including receiving, and managing inventory.

**Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom /warehouses.
- Receive and proper stocks arrangement at warehouse / stockroom.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to purchasing and accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with internal & external parties.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials within personal capacity.
- Skills to operate common office equipment and good experience in using Excel Software.
- Able to do some fitting works for stock equipment and occassionally work at sites when necessary.
- Prepare half yearly and yearly Slow-Moving Stocks
- Ability to perform stock check and prepare Stock Take Reconciliation Report
- Able to accept ad-hoc duties by the Superior and Management.

**Storekeeper Requirements and Qualifications**
- “O or A Level and Diploma certificate.
- 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping

**Staff Benefits**
- Expected Salary range between SGD1,600 - SGD2,800
- Annual Leave of 14 days
