**About the Team**:

- The Marketplace Intelligence and Data team is committed to developing sustainable and efficient data and intelligence products to drive Shopee’s business growth. Our responsibilities include building Shopee’s e-commerce data warehouse, constructing merchant and operation data products, managing all-link traffic data, and developing product algorithms such as release control, information optimization, SPU library management, and marketing algorithms. Our work spans across merchandising, product selection, recommendation systems, evaluation algorithms, user profiling, and fundamental AI capabilities including machine translation, speech algorithms, image algorithms, and real-person authentication.- The ItemQC team focuses on enhancing the quality of platform products by providing intelligence services to address listing violations, chat violations, and content violations. We aim to improve operational efficiency for QC review through extensive product violation detection, large-scale information mining, item similarity matching, and adversarial detection of prohibited products. Our goal is to meet government and partner requirements while enhancing the consumer shopping experience.- Implementing NLP algorithms for tasks such as information extraction, phrase mining, part-of-speech tagging, text classification, sentiment analysis, pre-training models, and graph embedding.
- Utilizing NLP and multi-modal models to support product release, optimization, management, and violation detection, thereby improving QC review efficiency.
- Exploring and integrating cutting-edge NLP technologies to enhance technical performance and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong background in NLP, chatbots, recommendation systems, search algorithms, or similar technologies.
- Excellent programming skills.
- Experience with e-commerce projects is a plus.
- Prior experience with LLM/VLM projects is preferred.
