Singapore TMG CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

Faber Garden Condominium (MCST. 1047), a development with 236 residential units, is a place where many residents know each other. They are currently looking for Security Officers (2 positions) to replace the Seurity Officers who have recently retired. **The Security Officers are employed directly under the MCST of the condominium. **Most of the current security officers have been in the service of the MCST for more than 10 years and know the residents by name.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manning of Security Guard House
- Respond to and investigate fire and security alarms or incidents promptly by investigating disturbances.
- Ensure entry points to the condominium are secured
- Check lightings, lifts, gym, equipment etc. on the premises are in working order
- Monitor CCTVs and patrol condominium ground
- Liaise with service providers on emergency essential services eg. lift break downs, fire system alarm
- Report incidents to the Supervisor on unusual occurrences/activities
- Operate electrical and manual barrier for car parks

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses PLRD License for Security Officer Grade
- Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work overtime when required
- No experience required
