Key Job Purpose

The Facilities Managers Shall report to Operations Director (OD). FM are the front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly rendered and performed.

**Responsibilities**:

- The FM is to assist the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team.
- Quantity Surveyors in all site measurement and records. Uploading all field data to centralised computer system.
- Conduct regular inspection of the schools with established plans and maintenance schedules.
- Attend to all fault call and breakdown services in schools.
- Certify and endorse on job completion from Term Contractors.
- Call quotations, evaluating and recommending to schools for works outside the maintenance contracts; provide technical report if necessary.
- Manage improvement progress from implementation to handover and update to the FM and project where information is required for all related works.
- Assist OD where assistance is deemed necessary by the management.

Qualifications:

- Good PC skills and fully competent in MS Office Software.
- Willing to work long hours and on weekends
- Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
- Pro-active and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
- Good soft-skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and good writing skills.
