**What you'll do as an Agile Coach**:

- You'll consult and work closely with a variety of programs/projects (across a variety of domains) in client organizations ranging from digital start-ups to large corporates.
- You'll leverage your deep knowledge of several agile methods (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, etc.), acting as an agile champion and contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values;
- You'll work across multiple teams, helping them to better organize themselves to remove dependencies and to increase synchronization;
- You'll help with the decomposition of the program backlog and improve the processes for allocation of backlog items to teams and tracking of progress and dependencies;
- You'll use your understanding of team dynamics and agile leadership to identify key bottlenecks and to build a high-performing "team of teams" across the program of work.

**As part of the pioneer team in Singapore you'll do Business Development**:

- You are responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, education and thought leader, solution proposing, negotiating, closing and working closely with the client to deliver solution
- Independently manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Identify trends through current service on a day-to-day basis
- Professionally represent Elabor8 at vendor and industry conferences and event

**About You**

As an experienced Agile practitioner, you possess a proven track record in developing agile teams. You are an innovative thinker and you keep up with the latest development in Agile practices by attending meetups and by maintaining a rich network of other practitioners.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Significant experience performing the role of an Agile Coach, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master on software development projects where they have utilized Agile/Lean/Kanban techniques and methods
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- To be a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented person with strong relationship building skills
- The ability to engage with businesses effectively and be proactive in establishing and maintaining contact
- Experience in developing sales plans, preparing proposals and contracts, sales reports and forecasting
