Within the Talent function, the Talent Team provides processes, policies and tools to contribute to the achievement of this goal through a balance of global standards applied consistently within business units and regions and the consideration of local and business specific requirements.

The Senior Associate (Talent Operations) will support the Assistant Manager, Talent and Talent Director to helm day-to-day HR operations (including payroll management together with our Payroll Outsourcing vendor) and the implementation of various projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Operations
- ** Payroll Management**:
- Management of payroll and income tax related matters for a headcount of approximately 220 employees, in collaboration with our Payroll Outsourcing vendor.
- Maintenance of supporting payroll records and authorizations for internal and external audits
- Act as main point of contact with the employees on payroll related matters and address payroll-related enquiries and concerns
- Management and execution of HR operational processes throughout the **Employee Life Cycle** from on-boarding to exit.
- Upholding good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR systems in **compliance with SOX**, regulatory and policy standards.
- Act as the second point of contact for the employees (after our Medical Benefits Broker) on **insurance**-related matters, and and oversee yearly insurance renewal and administration
- Handling of **Work Pass** and related Passes process
- Monitor and keep up-to-date on **Covid-19 work safety and talent regulations**, and implement and maintain the necessary processes in collaboration with our other Safety Management Officers.
- Handling relevant **reports** such as employee data and headcount reports
- **Expats and Benefits** administration
- ** Optimising and enhancing** operational policies/ procedures and system design to bring out the best value to the organisation
- Preparation of **Freelancer** contracts and their operational onboarding, and management of operational processes for their exits
- Provide guidance / mentorship to junior members of staff in the Talent Operations Team
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Diploma and above in Business Administration, Human Resource, Finance, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of payroll processing experience and at least 2 years of HR Operations experience.
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations such as Singapore Employment Act and Singapore payroll regulations
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume workload or multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet them
- Self-motivated solutions seeker who is analytical and has good written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in HR compliance is necessary. Knowledge of SOX compliance, or experience working in a WPP agency, would be advantageous.
- Experience in Maconomy system (from an HR perspective) would be advantageous.
