An exciting sales opportunity has become available for a Customer Representative to service the market. The role suits a highly enthusiastic and driven person with a “can do” attitude, that understands what profitable customer service means. As a key part of the sales team, you will be trained and armed with all the tools required to build a solid customer base. With the backing of a great market reputation and high-quality product and service offer you will soon establish some strong customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide advice and assist our clients beyond the scope of their product brief
- Achieve and report on agreed targets and KPI’s
- Target new prospects
- Prepare accurate formal quotations and scheduling appointments
- Educate our clients about our brands and products
- Follow-up customer leads
- Develop product knowledge
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills, and an ability to build strong and influential relationships with a customer focused approach
- A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge
- Never afraid of taking up challenges
- An outgoing, positive, and open personality
- Solid administration skills and computer literacy
- A desire to take a genuine interest in each client and look for ways to develop relationships and build business
- An amazing eye for detail and fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and work and adapt to competing demands from a variety of stakeholders
- Great attitude and able to build rapport quickly with both colleagues and customers
