**Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse customer requirements from market trends
- Collect and build the relationship with customers
- Build Sales, Purchase, Administrate Team for normal operations
- Set the sales goals and create sales plan to implement & achieve the goals
Manage the company and all employees to accomplish good operation
**Qualification**
- Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Chinese and English
- At least 8 years of work experience of Sales and Marketing
- Familiar with non-ferrous metals and scrap market
- Experience in leadership and building up the team/department
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees of different backgrounds and levels
- Excellent ability to handle complex issues and challenges, and ability to manage risk and crisis
Monthly Salary: SGD 7500- SGD 9000
