**Your responsibilities as Customer Procurement Manager**:
**1. Develop and Implement a Long-Term Procurement Strategy**:

- **Strategic Planning**:Design and communicate a 2-3 year procurement policy, aligning with business objectives.
- **Tactical Execution**:Build and manage tactical planning at a supermodel level, collaborating closely with Sports and Production teams.
- **Process Standardization**:Establish and document the correct industrial processes for each new supermodel.
- **Seasonal Calendar**:Create and oversee the calendar for upcoming seasons to ensure effective procurement scheduling.
- **Supply Crisis Response**:Co-develop recovery plans with Strategic Buyers, Sports, and Production teams in case of supply chain crises.

**2. Lead Procurement Solutions for Upcoming Seasons**:

- **Demand-Capacity Management**:Identify and address TACT-OPE demand versus capacity alerts, adjusting for model-specific needs including quantities, seasonality, flexibility, and uncertainties.
- **Tactical Strategy Implementation**:Execute procurement strategies that balance tactical and operational needs, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- **eTCO Focused Sharing**:Implement model-level sharing solutions within an eTCO (end-to-cost) framework to maintain availability and profitability.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**:Advise on and validate optimal supply chain flows (Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, etc.) to maximize agility.
- **S&OP Leadership**:Drive the Operational Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating closely with Sports, Production, and Suppliers to ensure alignment.

**3. Ensure Optimal Procurement Conditions During Each Season**:

- **Issue Resolution**:Proactively identify and address OPE-EXE demand and production alerts, acting at the model level to resolve issues swiftly.
- **Seasonal Planning**:Manage and execute planning tasks for the start, duration, and close of each season to secure maximum availability.
- **Conflict Resolution**:Resolve complex capacity and component issues, aiming to prevent any stock destruction.
- **Business Activity Oversight**:Lead business activity monitoring, taking action to maintain S&OP compliance throughout the season.
