**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and growth through digital, traditional and non-traditional channels to create viral growth.
- Work with the marketing team to deliver quality results on time, and support the company’s key initiatives.
- In charge of growth hacking and demand growth for our property one-stop services, working across key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
- Work with the consumer lifecycle team to enhance consumer segment engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Must have strong team management skills and attention to detail
- Work with multiple stakeholders, and ensure objectives are aligned.

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies & Skills
- At least five years of experience in Marketing
- Possess at least a Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Results-driven, consumer-centric, and obsessed with business impact and growth
- Data-driven thinking
- Excellent understanding of the entire marketing mix, from digital advertising to buying of non-traditional media and guerrilla tactics
- Has a sense of urgency with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication capabilities, and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with a rapid turnaround time
- Experience working with e-commerce, real estate, or startups is a plus.
- Hands-on, hardworking, and motivated to be part of the success of growing a business to a unicorn
