- Be the friendly face at our front desk, managing feedback, phone calls, and appointments with professionalism and care.
- Deliver outstanding patient interaction and assistance, ensuring every visit is comfortable and welcoming.
- Support doctors during consultations, contributing to seamless and efficient patient care.
- Oversee patient billing and collections with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold the highest health and safety standards in the clinic, ensuring a tidy and well-organized environment.
- Manage inventory meticulously, ensuring stock is updated and available when needed.
- Handle corporate and insurance claims, including letters of guarantee and pre-authorization submissions.
- Tackle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties assigned by the doctor or Clinic Head with a proactive attitude.
