**Your tasks**:

- Coordination of semiconductor research projects in an international environment
- On-wafer characterization of state of the art RF transistors and MMICs for micro
- Evaluation of measurement results including advanced de-embedding techniques
- Identification of transistor model parameters
- Coordinate and align tasks between semiconductor technology development and integrated circuit design

**Your qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or comparable field
- Profound knowledge compound semiconductor technologies and processing, especially HEMT technologies
- Deep knowledge of small and large signal RF characterization techniques, instruments and setups including their automation
- Knowledge in electromagnetic simulation and modelling needed for measurement de-embedding purposes
- Knowledge of typical HEMT models and parameter identification
- Experience in managing internationally based project teams-
