**Salary**:Competitive salary based on experience

**Schedule**: Average 15-22 flying days per month (Typically around 16 days). Most trips are scheduled with the occasional 48 hour notice flights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate Challenger 300 aircraft in compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.
- Execute flight plans efficiently, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, air traffic control, and passengers.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft.
- Maintain accurate records of flight activities, including fuel consumption and maintenance issues.
- Participate in recurrent training and stay current with all required certifications.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
