**Secondary Science Teacher (Grade 6 to Grade 8), Cambridge Curriculum**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the academic and pastoral progress of a class of middle grade students.
- Organize the classroom and learning resources, creating stimulating displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of all students within the class.
- Motivate students through enthusiastic and imaginative class activities.
- Prepare, mark, and provide constructive feedback on student work to facilitate positive development.
- Meet assessment requirements, accurately record, evaluate, and report on student progress.
- Provide regular feedback to parents regarding student progress.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum and activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, outings, and extracurricular activities.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in any allied science education and teaching or equivalent.
- **Essential**:Degree of any related Science Studies.
- At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in any international schools in Singapore.
- **Preferred**:Pedagogical Certification Qualifications (e.g., CICTL).
- Experience with other international curricula (e.g., Cambridge/IB PYP, MYP, DP, IGCSE, CBSE, ICSE) is advantageous.
