**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description**:
- Monitoring CCP checks.
- Perform the incoming raw material, in-process and outgoing finish products inspection to ensure conformance to product specification (both manufacturing and trading goods).
- Establish, lead and manage the food safety, quality and regulatory systems to ensure it compliance to statutory requirements and corporate policies which includes ISO22000, HACCP, HALAL.
- Manage approved vendors and ensures goods delivered are according to agreed specifications.
- Track, analyse and lead corrective action and preventive action for all plant non-conformances and customer complaint issues.
- Liaise with supplier on the non-conformances and request corrective action and preventive action report.
- Involve in product packaging design checking and proofing.
- Involve in product modification in order to improve product quality.
- Establish product specification and documentation.
- Keep track on change in food regulations and legislation.
- Establish nutrition information panel for products.
- Conduct sensory test on new products.
- Conduct risk assessment.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
- At least five years of work experience in a food-related industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and tight deadline environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
