We are seeking for a skilled Insurance Executive to join our team. As an Insurance Executive, you will need to manage the automotive insurance needs and supporting our unique business model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with insurance service providers on customer and company requirements.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to gather customer details for insurance purposes related to automotive and communicate quotations effectively
- Analyse and recommend the most suitable insurance premium for customers
- Administrative duties to ensure completeness of insurance documentation
- Send customer information to respective insurance companies to obtain quotations
- Data entry of prospective customers data into system, provide weekly/monthly reporting.
- Handle insurance sales with insurance companies to secure cover notes
- Handle policy renewals and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Resource and establish new insurance service provider for future needs
- Any other adhoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Obtain any certification in insurance or a General Insurance Education Certificate
- Experience in an insurance brokerage or advisory role is an added advantage
- Good understanding of insurance products ideally related to automotive and industry regulations

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to work on weekend when required
