**What the role is**
- Are you au fait with transportation-related logístical support and administrative work? If so, we want you to be part of our team at the Singapore Police Force (SPF). The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. At Training Command, our mission is to train and develop the core and professional competencies of SPF Officers. Through formulating sound training policies, enhancing training capabilities, developing appropriate training programs and instilling a culture of learning together through working together, we strive to develop SPF officers into professional individuals and dynamic leaders. As a 2 Training Support Officer (Transport) in Training Command, you play an important role in ensuring effective and efficient administration to support the transportation needs of the unit. You are responsible for planning and supporting the transportation and vehicular needs of schools with driving courses, operations and administrative work. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be in charge of the management of transportation needs using the relevant IT systems while adhering to the finance & procurement related legislations and policies for the purpose of proper governance. You should be comfortable managing a relatively high volume of work with our various users to ensure that their transportation needs are met.

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our Training Support Transport Team. REQUIREMENTS - Field of studies in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields;
- Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to handle a high volume of requests - Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out your responsibilities with minimum supervision;
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage;
