The Project Associate will report to the Senior Vice President, Airports Development and be responsible for supporting the Airports Development initiatives with emphasis on its JFK development projects.

- Represent the very best of the Airport Division both internally and externallyYou...Key Contributor to project and development success of the Development and JFK Asset & Project Delivery Teams, including but not limited to the following:- Ensure smooth flow of information between stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes extreme attention to detail and accuracy.-
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, collateral and project submittals-
- Coordinate and attend meetings and major events, including receiving meeting outputs, and prepare meeting minutes and action item reports for review and approve prior to distributing.-
- Prepare critical PowerPoint presentations to prepare for major stakeholder and update meetings-
- Full command and ownership of project digital and paper files including logging receipt of plans, budgets, schedules, and related project items. Stewardship of records, documents, logs, and files.-
- Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities and focus as needed, build relationships with people and teams across the company and external stakeholders (i.e. clients, contractors, etc.) to foster process improvement and resolve issues.-
- Perform and prioritize special projects as directed; handle confidential and sensitive information.-
- Oversee the travel budget and all aspects of travel, including forecasting.-
- Oversee and coordinate the expense report approval process, including expense reports.-

- Intermediate project management skills, knowledge and experience-
