We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **AVP, Asset, Liability & Capital Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

The individual will be primarily responsible for the preparation and delivery of the daily liquidity and funding ratios for Singapore. This is a critical role as the timely and accurate production of these ratios is necessary to assist Markets Treasury in the management of Singapore’s liquidity position.

The principal accountabilities of this role include the following:

- The role holder will primarily be responsible for assisting in ALCM’s local liquidity regulatory reporting requirements, including monthly MAS Reporting, preparing LP/LR/LBA calculations, LP curve submission, COF/VOF computation and review, LP credit allocation
- Process, analyse and validate financial and management data for key stakeholder reporting purposes
- Undertake the timely provision of accurate and reconciled financial information.
- Respond to regular and ad hoc data and report requests from key finance and non-finance customers
- Ensure that all ALCM analysis regarding liquidity, capital and funding is provided to key stakeholders by deadlines
- Ensure all work undertaken complies with HSBC policies, procedures and work practices

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Min. an undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills. Prior experience of using Access database an advantage
- Experience in defining and documenting processes
- Strong attention to detail and solution oriented
- Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with, or refer on, problems as they arise. Self-motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a team
