Salary Range : $8,000-$10,000

**Job Description**:

- To work with client stakeholders (ie Product Owner, business policy maker, UI designer, Ops and Service reps) to understand the system/product workplan, roadmap, and document such new product features/epics and requirements, and organise these into story card (via JIRA).
- To perform analyst of the each story card and work with respective parties (eg Product Owner, UX designer, Tech Developers, Architect) to refine and groom each card, until it is ready to be included for prioritisation into respective Sprint’s backlog.
- To explain and guide Developers during Sprint kick off and clarification of the scope and intent of each story card.
- To work with QA engineer in validating the story are implemented as intended.
- To work with Developers to triage and troubleshoot relevant issues.
- Pro-actively analyse and identify product improvements, such as improving the UX design, or the process design, and even features scope.
