IT Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and administer IT Systems / Network, cyber security services, private clouds and other off premise hosted environments
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network problems, system security issues
- Provide suggestion on improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
- Maintain all IT infrastructures, operations, and securities operate smoothly with mínimal downtime and well equipped with network / systems backup and disaster recovery.
- Provide day to day user support, operational and technical issues on hardware, software and network
- Liaise with external agencies for all IT related needs and supports

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge on software and hardware support (Daily operations)
- In-house IT Support
