Attend to on-site daily compactor breakdown including after office hour breakdown call when required.
- Procide on-site training and advice on the handling and operation of the compactor/ equipment to customer.
- Follow-up on repair of compactor in-house for cases that cannot be done on-site.
- Inform customer and put up service report form after completion of each case.
- Carry out periodic spare parts stock take updating in the service vehicle.
- Ensure all HSE requirement and Safe Work Procedure (SWP) are followed.
- Coordinate with operations on equipment repair status.

**Requirements**:

- Able to understand the functions of hydraulic system and do troubleshooting on the system.
- Able to understand PCD programming and do amendment to the PLC program.
- Able to understand STAR/DELTA system for 3 phase power supply.
- Equipped with mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Minimum NITEC in Engineering related course.
- Minimun 2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Class 3 licence.
