Our Client is a Japanese Recruitment Agency looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Sales) to join their start-up phase. In this position, you will support both clients and job seekers and provide consulting to them for successful placement.
- You will be reporting to the Japanese Director.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- Find clients and cultivate long-term partnerships
- Recognize client requirements for hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews with job seekers.
- Build relationships with job seekers and offer advice
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between applicants and employers.

[Job Expectation]
- Required to close 3 - 6 or more deals per month
- Acquired 5- 10 new business accounts per month**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- At least 3 years of sales experience in any field including B2B and B2C
- Have a start-up/venture mindset
- Willing to do Overtime/Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Willing to grow up with the company
- Experience in the Recruitment industry is highly preferred.**English Level**:
