**Responsibilities**:

- Support and keep track of all incoming and outgoing (Loading/Unloading)
- Manage simple warehouse inventory, stock take, and labelling
- Ensure that physical items are ready before shipment/delivery
- Preparing and printing labels for outgoing goods
- Ensure all inventories are kept and arranged in the designated location
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Prepare, pick, pack, and arrange all goods according to shipment schedule
- Required to do delivery or collection as and when required
- Arrangement of shipments and liaising with the operation team
- Housekeeping duties for safe management
- Able to work independently
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE "N" Level
- Must be physically fit to handle the heavy load
- Valid Class 3 Driving License with a good driving record
- Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use GPS
- Able to read and converse in English to liaise with customers
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in delivery and warehouse operations
- This role requires helping out with occasional deliveries and will act as a backup delivery driver as and when needed (valid class 3 license is necessary for this position)
