Responsibilities

The Facilities Manager (FM) shall be responsible to manage the estates. The duties of the FM shall include but not limited to the following:

- Organises, coordinates and controls FMC team, subcontractors and appointed by the clients and visiting subcontractors.
- Collates and manages all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all subcontractors.
- Tracks and monitors the maintenance programs;
- Manages emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdown and troubleshooting works.
- Provides technical support and attendance;
- Oversees the health and safety management;
- Runs in the day-to-day operations any other works necessary for effective operations

**Requirements**:

- Degree from a recognized tertiary establishment;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant FM working experience and proven management background
