Formalizing, maintain and upkeep SOP / Quality Assurance policies and procedures for all processes within manufacturing plant to ensure products made are within prescribed specification and quality.
Maintain SOP and manage cleaning within Production responsibility and coordinate for machinery / equipment repair or maintenance
Interpret, implement and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Develop, recommend, monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Keep track, review, rectify on-line production measurements, formulation & process
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Responsible for document management systems
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Execute production of new products
Write and maintain product specifications related to product development and technical product support
Provide training and guidance to new technologist and technicians
Manage assigned portfolio of product development projects
Communicate new developments in products
Validate new product shelf life
Develop new methods and products
Guide decision regarding new products
Ensure compliance with product quality standards
Develop new products and improve existing products
Assisting in recipe testing execution
Develop product formulations for new products and matching competitive products per customer and regulatory requirements
Assist in the development of product formulations for new or improved products on an assigned project
Provide assistance in development of product and costing specifications related to new products and the re-formulation of current products
Maintain a sanitary environment for production of food products
Present innovative products and ideas to the department head
Oversee the appropriate quantities of food
Assist in troubleshooting quality issues of products
