Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of food service equipment.
- Provide first-line technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers, service partners, and end-users on proper equipment use and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with service partners and technicians for scheduled maintenance and urgent repair works.
- Support in preparing service reports, maintenance records, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support product demos, site inspections, and technical clarifications.
- Liaise with manufacturers for product updates, warranty matters, and technical support.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and logistics.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

3-5 years of technical service experience, preferably in the food service equipment or related industry.

Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.

Good communication skills, with the ability to conduct training and explain technical matters clearly.

Willingness to travel locally for on-site service and training.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with leading food service equipment brands.

Experience working with service partners and external dealers.

Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in commercial kitchens.

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
