The Resident Surveyor is responsible for all surveying work during the full phases of the civil project, leading a team of surveyors to ensure that all control points are accurately taken during construction progress.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

- Able to lead a team of surveyors in setting out and topographic survey.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and able to liaise with Registered Surveyor to produce pre-computation plans and relevant endorsed plans.
- Ensure and verify survey control points for statutory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure correctness of the survey data and measurement during construction progress.
- Assist production team to produce shop drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
- Prepare as-built survey drawings.
- Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site.
- Plan and coordinate daily survey activity.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

- Experience: Have at least 8 years of working experience in Civil station projects (at least $200milion or higher value) for this position and had **completed 1 project as a LTA recognised resident surveyor**:

- Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in providing accurate information to the site team and clients
- Must be elected as a **technical member of SISV (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers)
