We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our event crew team As an Event Crew Member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable and lively experiences for children and families. If you love working with kids, enjoy being in a pool, and have a knack for energizing events, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up event spaces, including pool areas, play zones, and interactive installations.
- Engage with children and their families, ensuring a fun and safe environment throughout the event.
- Facilitate games, activities, and entertainment to keep kids entertained and engaged.
- Maintain event equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the event team to execute activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold event rules and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all attendees.
- Assist with event cleanup and pack-down, ensuring the venue is left in a clean and orderly condition.

**Requirements**:
High energy and enthusiasm, with a genuine passion for working with children.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle unexpected situations calmly.

Comfortable working in and around water, including pools and water play areas.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Prior experience in event coordination, child care, or related fields is a plus.

CPR and First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 1 day

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
