**Our esteemed client is searching for a Technician Officer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact with client representatives, addressing all service and maintenance-related issues.
- Mentor and guide a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing service deliveries.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring expectations are met and optimal results are achieved.
- Support the supervisor in ensuring the timely troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
- Understand each client's business, organization, and objectives to deliver tailored customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform other technical tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of IT, networking, and server management is an added advantage.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary**: Basic Up to $3,500 + Standby Allowance + AWS + VB ( 1 Month )
- **Working Location**:Tiong Bharu
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
