**Key Responsibilities**:
You shall maintenance an efficient day-to-day operation of the finance and accounting function in entities.

**Principle Duties**:
Prepare financial schedules and journal entities for the REIT and Manager’s entities. Ensure accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis to management within a tight deadline;
Support half-yearly SGX financial reporting requirements;
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation with proper internal controls and ensure compliance for financial and tax reporting;
Handle of Account Payables functions, including but not limited to processing of invoices, claims, and payments;
Coordinate the budget process and ensure that all department/relevant personnel adhere to the deadlines to report their individual budget on time and check on the reasonableness of the numbers. Work closely with all parties to achieve an appropriate and reasonable budget;
Enhances existing internal controls on finance-related processes when needed;
Prepare annual tax filing, quarterly GST submission, and S45 withholding tax submission;
Support the treasury function, including but not limited to cash management, debt covenant testing and forecasting, loan drawdown/rollover, facilitate bank account opening, transfer and payments;
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, trustee, bank agents, and other stakeholders if necessary;
Performs other duties or ad-hoc projects that may be assigned by the superior from time to time;
Knowledge of Yardi accounting software would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.

Meticulous with strong analytic skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
