**What you need to know about the job**:

- To engage in pre-sales activity to support the sales team in closing deal opportunities.
- Responsible for new hardware and software verification processes for POC and Demos.
- Responsible and manage/update marketing product documentation.
- Responsible for project implementation and knowledge handling over. To ensure assigned project to technical support & documentation of solution agreed upon at time of sales engagement with customer
- To provide good customer experience for continuing services.
- Coordinate and manage the onsite supported system.
- Coordinate system project roll-out, meetings and updates

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Network Equipment or Security Manufacturer experienced preferred.
- Good knowledge and understanding of wireless network architecture, network protocols and various network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/ 2G/3G/4G/5G/NBIOT), and their evolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively carry out key product and solution messages during customer engagements.
- Project management skill set and experience would be added advantages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in Telecommunication Industry: 2 years (preferred)
- in Exfo, Ixia, Anite, Keysight product: 1 year (preferred)
