**Job Descriptions**
- Administers HR policies and procedures for all company personnel, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties
- Conducts recruitment
- Collaborate and consult with hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet their business objectives through the acquisition of talent.
- Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the company’s goals and business objectives
- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants/ HOD on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
- Participates in staff meetings, taking minutes and attending other meetings and seminars
- Maintains compliance with local laws and regulations concerning employment
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed
- Keep abreast of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations
- Organizes corporate events such as employee’s birthday, company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc
- Monitor and report the department QHSE objectives and performance to the QHSE Manager/ MR and management on a monthly basis
- Ensure planned training is carried out
- Work with the team to achieve QHSE objectives
- Develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective deployment of personnel within the Company.
- Ensure that the company employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience
- Understand and anticipate current market trends, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees. Administers/ maintains training records of all employees
- Work with the managers to train and develop employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business goals.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree preferably in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration discipline or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in HR practice
